God Did Not Waste His
Time Creating You
By Shannon Parish
Life
began for you in that one moment that a single cell multiplied into
another, which became four, then sixteen, then continued until an
amazing human being manifested. Whether you became a human being
considered by some to be beautiful and strong or unattractive and weak
by others, one thing is sure. Opinions of men do not change the
intent of an Almighty God who breathed into you His purpose and His
love.
Opinions of men do not
change the intent of an Almighty God who breathed into you His purpose
and His love.
Your body is your tool.
The choices that you make either restrict or multiply your full
potential. A person who whines to others that they are not
worth anything, even though they have a healthy body, are right.
They are not worth anything because they have chosen to not be worth
anything. There is a payoff for them to be as they are. Others,
like Nick Vujicic, who
without limbs, has impacted all those who hear of him ... because he
chose not to be limited. It is not our bodies that limit us - it
is our thinking. We make the choices in life that we do, because
we like the results we are getting.
Your limitless spirit
is unrestrained and filled with power.
The choices you make on this Earth determine where that power and
unlimited potential are expressed and manifested. When you think
about it - that's quite a responsibility! Because God gave us a
free will, we reap the results of what we have sown - good and bad.
If you don't like what
you see in your life, then you can change everything simply by
making a different choice! There's a catch though ... if your
motives don't change - then neither will your results - even though you
make new choices. The trick is not making different choices that still
give you the same results!
The
choices you make on this Earth determine the results of the
world around you today. Don't like what you see? Then make
another choice."
Each of us carry a set of thoughts
and belief systems that we are well acquainted with. So
comfortable with these thoughts are we, that we do not even realize that
they are the very foundation of all that we receive in life. We
believe that these thoughts reflect reality and so we live according to
the assumed rules our own realities imply. There is an old saying
that says this; "There are those who believe they can and those
who believe they can't. Both are right."
Even though our realities are not
necessarily true - they are nevertheless our realities and our
choices confirm our beliefs. Is it any wonder that Jesus implored
us to renew our minds? (Romans
12:2)
Reflecting on what we want in life
will present to us new questions. Answering these questions will
give you important steps towards changing your future and achieving new
goals. Those questions might be:
- Who is already doing this?
- What do I have to do to do the
same?
- How much money or resources do I
need?
- What do I need to know to do this?
Your steps then, may be:
- Make new friends and surround
yourself with people who doing what you want to do.
- Observe what your new friends and
associates are doing - and do likewise.
- You'll learn what kind of
resources and financial needs you will have to have by what you
learn from the people around you who are successful in what they do.
- You will find this out from the
people around you too!
Therefore, make note: Your
relationships reflect what you think about yourself and the world around
you.
